Grosses Wohnzimmer, grosse Küche, tolle Leute :)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Connewitzer Kreuz. Es befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Veranstaltungsorte und Bars in der Nähe. Von der Wohnung ist man auch in ein paar Minuten im Wald und am Fluss, oder mit dem Rad am See. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind ganz in der Nähe.

The apartment is very close to the Connewitzer Kreuz. There are many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and bars nearby. From the apartment you can be in the forest and on the river in a few minutes, or by bike on the lake. The nearest tram stops are very close by.

Hallo :)
Wir sind Clemens, Lola Mario, Amy und Greg und wir wohnen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in Connewitz. Da Clemens für ein paar Wochen verreist, steht sein Zimmer in dieser Zeit zu Verfügung. Wir sind alle berufstätig , nur Greg studiert noch, arbeitet aber auch nebenher noch. Das WG leben ist relaxed, wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer in dem wir manchmal abhängen oder einen Film schauen.

Kurz noch zu uns:
Lola arbeitet in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychatrie, sie gärtnert gerne und freut sich schon auf den Sommer, da sie wieder viel Zeit am See verbringen wird. Greg spielt gerne Gitarre und singt und studiert nachhaltige Entwicklung. Mario ist aus Portugal vor kurzem zu uns gekommen, und arbeitet als Koch in einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Amy ist vor kurzem zu uns gekommen aus Mexiko, und sucht aktuell nach einem Job. Mario und Amy sind bis Ende August verreist, weshalb ihr Zimmer auch zur Verfügung stehen würde.

Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau im dritten Stock (Das Gebäude hat aber einen Aufzug, Glück gehabt ;) ). Es gibt eine große Küche und ein riesiges, helles Wohnzimmer (über 30 qm). Außerdem ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein zusätzliches WC.

Hello :)
We are Clemens, Lola and Manuel and we have been living in this beautiful apartment in Connewitz for a short time. We are now looking for another person who would like to move in with us and would like to socialize, i.e. cook together, go out in the evenings, go on excursions, play games, watch films, etc. Just write a bit about yourself, what you do, what you like to do in Leipzig, etc.

Briefly about us:
Lola likes to take care of plants, she took care of the balcony and the garden a lot in our last flat share. She has changing hobbies (at the moment it is acroyoga) and feels at home in the element of water and will spend a lot of time at the lakes in Leipzig in the summer. She is originally from Albania and works as a doctor in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Clemens was active in cancer research until last year. This year he's taking a year off and doing a lot of music. He goes to jam sessions and makes electronic music and videos. (@schuh_mischlingshund). Every day he goes for a walk in the woods with Lui, our shared flat dog, and does sports from time to time (acroyoga, badminton, squash).

Manuel studied acting in Leipzig, then worked for a long time at the theater in Oldenburg and is now training to become a director. He has a lot of big plants and likes to make music. He's up for fun and, like Lola and Clemens, has a lot of flat share experience.

The building is a new building on the third floor (but the building has an elevator, luckily ;) ). The rooms are big enough and there is a large kitchen and a huge, bright living room (over 30 square meters).
