Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und mit 2 Fenstern sehr hell. Die Lage zur Nebenstraße ist ruhig, damit kann man auch im Sommer das Fenster nachts offen lassen. Das Zimmer wird leer und übergeben.
Im schönen Gohlis gelegen, gibt es eine perfekte Anbindung an die City. Mit der SBahn kommt man in 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof, mit der Straßenbahn sind es 15 min. Beide Anbindungen sind 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
Du würdest zusammen mit Paul & Paul in einer WG wohnen. Die beiden sind sehr aufgeschlossene und herzliche Menschen mit denen man ein super harmonisches WG Leben führt! Paul (28) ist aber nur eine Nacht in der Woche in der WG, weshalb es sich eher um eine 2er WG handelt.
Paul (28) wohnt schon seit 5 Jahren in der Wohnung und hat die WG damals gegründet. Neben seiner Arbeitstätigkeit als Investment Consultant studiert er im Master an der Universität. In seiner Freizeit trainiert er ehrenamtlich Handballerinnen am Olympiastützpunkt.
Paul (22) studiert Jura im 5. Semester und ist neben der Arbeit/dem Studium oft im Nachtleben, ob in Bars oder auch super gerne in Clubs, unterwegs. Er ist also eine sehr aktive Person, aber auch trotzdem gerne für chillige Abende auf dem Sofa zu haben.
