Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Wäscheständer. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist entgeltlich mit einem "Me wash" System verbunden. Das heißt pro Waschgang fallen 2,-€ an. Es wird erwartet, wie üblich das Sie sich am WG Putzplan beteiligen.
Es stehen Besen und Staubsauger zur Verfügung. Für Ihr Zimmer sind Sie selbst verantwortlich. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Einmal pro Monat kommt unsere Reinigungsfirma und reinigt zusätzlich die Böden der Allgemeinräume, sowie mit Ankündigung eine Bodenreinigung Ihres Zimmers. Dieser zusätzlicher Service ist nicht an die Miete gekoppelt.
There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer and drying rack. The use of the washing machine is connected to a "Me wash" system for a fee. That means €2 per wash. It is expected, as usual, that you participate in the WG cleaning plan.
Brooms and vacuum cleaners are available. You are responsible for your own room. An iron and ironing board are available. Our cleaning company comes once a month and also cleans the floors of the common rooms, as well as a floor cleaning of your room with notice. This additional service is not linked to the rent.
