Ich vermiete ein schönes möbliertes 25qm grosses Zimmer, da mein Sohn ein Praktikum ausserhalb der Stadt macht. Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein grosses Bett, ein Sofa, ein Regal, einen grossen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, 1 grosses Wohnungszimmer, 1 grossen Balkon, 1 grosse Küche, 1 Dusche, 1 Badewanne, 2 Toiletten. Alles ist inklusive: Internet, Möbel, Kücheneinrichtung und Utensilien, Bettbezüge. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind vorhanden. Ich habe einen Wellensittisch als Haustier.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Bushaltestelle Eltingen Schopfloch und 20 Minuten zu Fuss von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Leonberg.
Ich arbeite vollzeit, manchmal Frühsicht, manchmal Spätsicht. Wenn du Hilfe brauchts, kann ich dir gerne helfen. Wir teilen uns die Hausarbeit (putzen etc.)
