Zur Vermietung steht ein Zimmer mit 15qm bereit, es ist teil möbliert mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schrank, die Möbel können nach Bedarf entfernt werden. Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet und Küche mit Gasherd, ein großer Balkon ist vorhanden zum sonnenbaden usw.. Küche besitzt einen Kühlschrank eine Spüle und zwei Sitzgelegenheiten!

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, da vor der Tür direkt der Bus hält. Der Opladener Bahnhof ist 15min (900m) entfernt, von da aus fahren viele Züge auch RE, IC, EC, ICE. Die Autobahn ist auch um die Ecke von der A3 (6-Spur-Autobahn) kommt man sehr schnell nach Köln oder Düsseldorf oder hald wohin man will..
Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Freibad plus Hallenbad sowie ein Sportplatz und ein Park mit einem kleinem Bach und Enten Tümpeln sehr gut geeignet zum Joggen!
Im Moment wohnt Jamelia im Schlafzimmer das kleinere Zimmer, dass Wohnzimmer ist noch frei! Sie ist eher der ruhige Typ! Sie ist in Automobilbranche tätig und fährt jeden Morgen nach Köln zur Arbeit, falls einer eine Mitfahrgelegenheit braucht!
