The flat is localized in Leverkusen Wiesdorf, at 5 min by walk from the S-Bahn leverkusen mitte (good conexion to Köln with s6 and regional train). Shopping center at 50 meter from here. Basically all that you need to live is at maximum 5 min by walk.
The flat is about 55m² : 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom and 2 rooms (mine and an other free around the same size : 15-20m²) and also a small storage room in the basement. There is everything in the flat, excepting some little things. We would just need to buy a washing machine.
The contract would be signed with a company (hamborner reit), and should start at the beginning of september, but I think it would be no problem to move earlier in it.
There is some furnitures in the free room (2 cupboard, ikea style), if you want you can have them for 50€ (but we can speak about the price).
If you are interested, we can arrange a visit from the beginning of August.

Wiesdorfer platz. 5 min far from train station and bus station. Close Shopping center. Perfect to work in the Chempark (only a few minutes to reach it by bike, 15 min to the opposite edge of the chempark).
I am a a worker. I don't smoke and I preferablt looking for someone who don't too. I am kind of calm guy.
Of course the price annouced in the ad will have to be divided by 2, as the written price is for the whole flat.
