in unserer schönen 2er WG mit gut angebundener Lage und nähe zum See wird ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen ab jetzt einen neuen Bewohner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renovierten Altbau und ist __ m2 groß. Dazu gehört eine schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backoffen und Mikrowelle. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer verfügt 3 Fenster und bliebt hell das ganze Jahr. Schreibtisch, Bett (ink. Matratze), Nachttisch, Regal und großer Kleiderschrank können gegen Aufpreis gekauft werden, dies wäre erwünscht, ist aber kein Muss ;)
Der Bodensee ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Min zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der nähe vom Lindau-Aeschach Bahnhof, den kann man zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Min erreichen. Vor dem Haus befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man auf die Insel fahren kann.
