I am a 26 years old french woman and I am looking for a roomate as of 1st of August - possible entry also as of september. I am working as a financial Controller in Faurecia here in Lindau. I am living there since more than one year now. I speak French, but can also speak German (or at least try !) and English. I am looking for someone cool, easy to live with and open minded.
The room can be rent for small, mid and long term.
The accommodation is really good located - on the island, where you can find all possible services (supermarket, backer, bars, restaurant ... and only 2 minutes from the central rail station). This is an approx. 60 square meter accommodation, all furnished, with one bedroom, one big living room and one kitchen where it will be a pleasure to share some diner. The kitchen is all furnished (fridge, oven, dishes, kitchenwares ...)
Internet access (DSL and WLAN)
Rental costs per month : 345€ + Internet/Rundfund/Electricity divided per 2 : not more than 40€ per month
