The room is located in the attic of our detached house and is approx. 16sqm.
The room consists of 2 rooms, a living area and a small sleeping area.
The room is equipped with a sofa, 140cm wide bed, bedding, 2 comods, pillows, desk with chair, Kallax and flat-screen TV.
Bed linen and towels must be brought.
The common rooms include the bathroom, the kitchen and the guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the things you need for cooking, also with a dishwasher.
In addition, every roommate in the kitchen and in the bathroom has his own wardrobe where he can store his private stuff.
The bathroom is renovated and equipped with shower and washing machine.
There is also a guest toilet.
In the WG the principle prevails, everyone cleanses up their things after use.
There is also a cleaning plan that changes weekly.
The monthly rent is 450euro, in which are all additional costs,
such as electricity, water, gas and waste.
As well as the WLan, we have a code.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist ca. 16qm groß.
Das Zimmer besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einen Wohnbereich und einen kleinen Schlafbereich.
Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit einem Sofa, 140cm breiten Bett, Bettdecke, 2 Kommoden, Kopfkissen, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kallax und Flachbildfernsehr.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.
Zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen gehören das Bad, die Küche und das Gäste WC.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit allen Dingen die man zum Kochen benötigt, auch mit einer Spülmaschine.
Zusätzlich hat jeder Mitbewohner in der Küche und im Badezimmer seinen eigenen Schrank, in dem er seine privaten Sachen verstauen kann.
Das Badzimmer ist renoviert und mit Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste WC.
In der WG herrscht das Prinzip, jeder räumt seine Sachen nach Benutzung wieder selbst ordentlich auf.
Außerdem gibt es einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich wechselt.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 450euro, darin sind alle Nebenkosten,
wie Strom, Wasser, Gas und Abfall enthalten.
Sowie auch das WLan, dafür gibt es von uns einen Code.
The community is very central in Lingen, close to the cinema.
The city and university are only about 1.8km.
The next shopping markets are net and Edeka and only 400m away.
The next bus stop is also not far away.
With bicycle everything is not far away and quickly accessible.
Die Wohngemeinschaft liegt sehr zentral in Lingen, in der Nähe vom Kino.
Zur Stadt und zur Uni sind es nur ca. 1,8km.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmärkte sind Netto und Edeka und nur 400m entfernt.
Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit weg.
Mit Fahrrad ist alles nicht weit weg und schnell Erreichbar.

All roommates are friendly and tidy.

Das Wg Leben stellt sich derzeit unter den Männern als sehr harmonisch dar.
Alle Mitbewohner sind freundlich und ordentlich.
In den Gemeinschaftsräumen sorgt jeder selber dafür, diese wieder sauber zu hinterlassen.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit wird in der WG groß geschrieben.
Man findet dort sicher schnell Anschluss in das WG Leben.
For the bikes we have our own bike shed on the grounds.

The garden is available to all residents of the Wg.
Smoking is allowed only outside.
In the house there is absolutely no smoking!
Für die Fahrräder haben wir einen eigenen Fahrradschuppen auf dem Gelände.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten finden Sie bei uns am Haus.
Wichtig ist, dass der Neue Mitbewohner ordentlich und sauber ist und auch seinen Dreck wieder sauber macht!
Der Garten steht allen Bewohnern der Wg zur Verfügung.
Rauchen ist nur draußen erlaubt.
Im Haus herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot!
