The apartment is located near the city center at the beginning of the road In the Sandbergen/Ecke Meppener Straße opposite the Wilhelmshöhe.

There is only 6 minutes to the university and the adjacent railway station.

The pedestrian area with marketplace, restaurants, pubs and shopping (+ ordination) is within walking distance in about 5 minutes.

Around the corner there is a large REWE supermarket with bakery.

The Dortmund -Ems channel is just a few minutes' walk and the Cineworld and the outdoor/swimming pool are also reachable in about 5 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe der Innenstadt am Anfang der Straße In den Sandbergen/Ecke Meppener Straße gegenüber der Wilhelmshöhe.

Zur Hochschule und dem angrenzenden Bahnhof braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nur 6 Minuten.

Die Fußgängerzone mit Marktplatz, Restaurants, Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (+ Weih) ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen.

Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein großer REWE-Supermarkt mit Bäckerei.

Zum Dortmund -Ems-Kanal sind es nur einige Fußminuten und auch das Cineworld und das Frei-/Schwimmbad sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

In the WG, two more nice people are currently living, as another room is empty: Mika is 22 and studies civil engineering in Münster in the 5 semester, where he regularly swings. In his spare time he flies sailplanes. For spontaneous actions he is good to have especially for beer pog and homemade pizza. He has been living in the WG for almost three years and is therefore an old WG-Hase.

Rouven is 19 years old and studies dual economic engineering in the 4 semester. He has recently moved into the WG and lives well here. He's very open-minded and we'll start with him again the Grill-Season.

The WG life is relaxed and harmonious. Everyone respects that of other privacy. Weekly is cooked together and comfortably dinner together. Our neighbors are left so that music can be louder. On the ground floor there is also a student WG.

In der WG wohnen zurzeit zwei weitere nette Personen, da ein anderes Zimmer auch leer steht: Mika ist 22 und studiert im 5 Semester Bauingenieurwesen in Münster, wo er regelmäßig hin pendelt. In seiner Freizeit fliegt er Segelflugzeuge. Für spontane Aktionen ist er gut zu haben insbesondere für Bierpong und selbstgemachte Pizza😊. Er wohnt nun schon seit knapp drei Jahren in der WG und ist somit ein alter WG-Hase.

Rouven ist 19 Jahre alt und studiert im 4 Semester dual Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen. Er ist erst vor kurzem in der WG eingezogen und lebt sich hier gerade gut ein. Er ist sehr aufgeschlossen und wir starten bald mit ihm wieder die Grill-Season.

Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und harmonisch. Jeder respektiert die der anderen Privatsphäre. Wöchentlich wird gemeinsam gekocht und gemütlich zusammengesessen. Unsere Nachbarn sind gelassen, sodass Musik auch mal lauter sein kann. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch eine Studenten-WG.

These are warm-movies; This includes all additional costs such as gas, electricity, water, waste disposal, wear fitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer, etc. This means that at the end of the year no separate cost accounting is made and therefore no operating costs repayment is due.
There is an annual rental increase of 20€.
The deposit is 3 monthly rents.


We are all students, so we are also looking for another student.

Es handelt sich um Warm-Mieten; hierin sind alle Nebenkosten wie Gas, Strom, Wasser, Müllabfuhr, Abnutzung Einbauküche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, usw. enthalten. Das bedeutet, das am Jahresende keine separate Nebenkostenabrechnung erfolgt und somit auch keine Betriebskostennachzahlung fällig wird.
Es gibt eine jährliche Mieterhöhung von 20€.
Die Kaution beträgt 3 Monatsmieten.


Wir sind alle Studenten, deshalb suchen wir auch einen weiteren Studenten/weitere Studentin.
