The room is 14.9m^2. It fits everything you need :) In addition, it has a built-in wardrobe/dress bar that I am totally satisfied with. In the morning the sun shines into the room. The windows are towards the road, but since we live at the end of a short dead end (directly at the turn circle) it is quiet here and from the traffic we don't get much.
Apart from the room, our apartment offers:
- bathroom + washing machine
- a guest toilet
- a living room
- a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- a living room with dining table
- a terrace (with great seating) which stretches over the whole length of the apartment + sun awning (from noon the sun shines nicely here)
- a basement with dryer, linen and clothes dryer and a storage room
- a garage with bicycle parking
- Parking available
I myself go to the WG of a friend and therefore look for a rental agent for my room.
Das Zimmer ist 14,9m^2 groß. Es passt alles rein was man so braucht :) Außerdem hat es eine eingebaute Garderobe/Kleiderstange, mit der ich total zufrieden bin. Vormittags scheint die Sonne ins Zimmer. Die Fenster sind Richtung Straße, aber da wir am Ende einer kurzen Sackgasse (direkt am Wendekreis) wohnen ist es hier ruhig und vom Verkehr bekommen wir nicht viel mit.
Abgesehen vom Zimmer bietet unsere Wohnung:
- ein Badezimmer + Waschmaschine
- ein Gäste-WC
- ein Wohnzimmer
- eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine
- ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch
- eine Terrasse (mit toller Sitzgelegenheit) welche sich über die ganze Länge der Wohnung zieht + Sonnenmarkise (ab Mittags scheint hier die Sonne schön hin)
- einen Keller mit Trockner, Wäscheleine und Wäscheständer und einen Abstellraum
- eine Garage mit Fahrradstellplatz
- Parkplätze stehen zu Verfügung
Ich selbst ziehe in die WG einer Freundin und suche daher eine Nachmieterin/ einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
The WG is located north of the city centre, close to the tennis hall, a small lake, as well as a larger piece of forest – walking is therefore good. Up to the Dortmund-Ems channel it is 30 minutes walk, with the bike only 8 minutes.
As long as you need from A to B:
- Edeka/Netto: about 4 minutes walk
- Bakery Shepherds: only 1 minute walk (very delicious rolls!)
- Campus/Station: 8 min. by bike
- Downtown: 7 minutes by bike
- a bus stop is very close (Lingen Meisenstraße line 74/ line 174)
Die WG liegt nördlich der Innenstadt, nahe der Tennishalle, einem kleinen See, sowie einem größeren Waldstück – Spazieren gehen bietet sich daher gut an. Bis zum Dortmund-Ems Kanal sind es zu Fuß 30 Min., mit dem Rad nur 8 Min.
So lange brauchst du von A nach B:
- Edeka/Netto: ca. 4 Min. zu Fuß
- Bäckerei Schäfers: nur 1 Min. zu Fuß (sehr leckere Brötchen!)
- Campus/Bahnhof: 8 Min. mit dem Fahrrad
- Innenstadt: 7 Min. mit dem Fahrrad
- eine Bushaltestelle liegt ganz in der Nähe (Lingen Meisenstraße Linie 74/ Linie 174)
In our WG we live in a total of four. Esther studies economic engineering in the master. Darina studies theatre education in the Bachelor and Till studies dual health management and is mainly in Lingen due to his distance study. In addition to studying/work, everyone is happy to travel, play tennis or stroll in the city.
In the kitchen we come together, chat a bit or eat together. In the afternoon we also like to sit on our terrace. If you want to have your rest, it will be taken into account by everyone and that is completely ok!
Everyone ensures that the common spaces will be properly left.
In unserer WG leben wir insgesamt zu viert. Esther studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen im Master. Darina studiert Theaterpädagogik im Bachelor und Till studiert dual Gesundheitsmanagement und ist aufgrund seines Fernstudiums hauptsächlich in Lingen. Neben dem Studium/der Arbeit sind alle auch mal gerne unterwegs, sei es zum Reisen, Tennisspielen oder in der Stadt zum Bummeln.
In der Küche kommen wir zusammen, quatschen ein bisschen oder essen zusammen. Nachmittags bei Sonnenschein sitzen wir auch gerne auf unserer Terrasse. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest wird das natürlich von allen berücksichtigt und das ist völlig oke!
Jede*r sorgt dafür, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich hinterlassen werden.
Every two weeks, the WG shared spaces are cleaned by the sister of our landlord and we can contact them with questions and problems.
If you are interested in the room, please write a short message. We can then get to know each other in the WG or also make an online WG visit. There we are very flexible. We are happy!
Alle zwei Wochen werden die WG Gemeinschaftsräume von der Schwester unserer Vermieterin geputzt und bei Fragen und Problemen können wir uns an sie wenden.
