Die Altbauwohnung ist gesamt circa 105 m² groß und besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Küche, 1 Lagerraum, 1 WC, 1 Bad und 1 Keller. WC und Bad ist getrennt. In der Küche gibt es einen Essbereich direkt am Fenster. Haushaltsausstattung wie Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner, E-Herd, Geschirrspüler sind vollhanden.
Zu vermieten ist ,
-beliebige zwei Zimmer von der gesamte 3 (Da ich auch anderes Zimmer nehmen kann, ist es flexibel). Zimmergröße ist jeweils circa 24m² (430€) , 19m²(400€) und17m² (380€). jetzt nur das kleinst Zimmer noch frei!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Alle Zimmer sind mit Schränke ausgerüstet. Es gibt auch ein Bettrahmen im größest Zimmer.
Lage
Die Lage ist gut, Hauptbahnhof liegt circa 1,5 Km entfernt. Zum Fuß ist man um circa 15 Min. in der Stadt. Straßenbahn (Station: Herz-Jesu-Kirche) ist nur eine Straßenecke weit entfernt. Es gibt Kebab Imbiss, türkische Lebensmittelmarkt, Billa, Apothek, Fitnessstudio und Restaurant in der Nähe.
WG-Leben
momentan wohnt ich allein in der WG. Ich bin ruhrig und freundlich. Ich habe in Deutschland studiert und bin dieses Jahr wegen Arbeit nach Österreich umgezogen. Mit gemeinsamen Kochen, Schwimmen gehen, in der Nature gehen und Sport in alle Richtungen bin ich sehr gehr dabei. Ich fahre oft am Wochenend in der Natur und gehe täglich laufen.
Sonstiges: Internet wird noch geteilt (momentan zahlt jede circa 10 €/monate).
Waschmaschinen und Trocker wird teilt jede circa 120 € und wird bei ausziehen zurückbekommen.

The apartment in an old building has a total area of about 105 m² and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 storage room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and 1 cellar. WC and bathroom is separate. In the kitchen there is a dining area directly at the window. Household equipment such as washing machine, washer-dryer, electric stove, dishwasher are fully available.
For rent is ,
-any two rooms from the 3 (Since I can also take other room, it is flexible). Room size is about 24m² , 19m² and17m².
The apartment is very quiet. All rooms are equipped with garderobe. There is also a bed frame in the biggest room.
Location
The location is good, main station is about 1,5 km away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city. Tram (Station: Herz-Jesu-Kirche) is only one street corner away. There are Kebab Imbiss, Turkish food market, Billa, pharmacy, gym and restaurant nearby.
WG life
At the moment I live alone in the shared flat. I am quiet and friendly. I studied in Germany and moved to Austria this year for work. I am very glad to do something together with roommate, such as cooking , going swimming, going in the nature and sports in all directions . I often go on weekends in nature and go running every day.
Other: Internet is still shared (currently each pays about 10 €/month).
Washing machines and dryers is shared each circa 120 € and you will get back when moving out.
