Beautiful 3-room apartment for rent in a central, quiet location of Linz - Gruberstraße. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of an apartment building and is divided as follows: Dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, living room (passage room) with south-facing balcony & three individual rooms with 14/10/10m². Ideal for students and professionals with a youthful spirit.
You will be living with Tomas (Spanish) and Quique (Mexican). They both work at the JKU, love to play guitar and watch movies on the large projector we have in the living room. In the house we like to invite friends over for dinner, to play instruments and sometimes host small gatherings and parties. So, needless to say, there are plenty of opportunities to be social here, but also privacy is of course very much respected.

Right now, the room is available until February with a possibility to extend. I will be away travelling / working until February, but it is also very likely that I will be away until September 2024 or even longer. If I do end up being away for longer than September, I will give up the right to take the room back, and instead you can take over the room as the main tenant.
