Flat share in the city center searching for their Fifths Member!

Hey, there's gonna be a room free in our shared flat from 01.01.2024, maybe even earlier, and were on the search for somebody to complete our small group!

First a short summary who/how we are and what we search:
were a 4 between 23 and 34 years and are coming from completely different fields: IT, languages, art and activism, and we have rather different rhythms, but we are always happy when we see each other, can chat, maybe share a meal and even drink a beer or go out. inclusiveness is an asset for us and we don’t really vibe with conservative views. We also value that we can openly talk to each other about different topics, from current events, to personal stuff, and that we can open honest and respectfully talk about topics regarding the wg. After all, a shared flat should in our eyes not just be a cheaper living arrangement =)
What we are searching for is somebody that enriches our small community, is independent, not afraid to have some fun with us and ideally non cis-male (for the balance =D).

Hard facts:
the room is 14m² and the cost are 350€ total. General purpose materials (oil, salt, toilet paper, cleaning stuff...) is bought by who has the time and written on a list to then be evenly split. There is a 24/7 gas station in front of our house, a cellar compartment, a place for a bikes, the public transport is 5 minutes from here (and the main road about 8). The flat itself has a balcony, a spacious living room, bathroom, an additional toilet and the kitchen. (most of it can be seen on the pictures)

In regards to the living situation:
the room is next to the entrance, so you can hear people coming home or chatting when they are leaving. While the window is oriented to the side street, its still inner city so you hear cars driving by if you have the window open. ´Shared spaces are used during all times, obviously with consideration (if its late or night trying not to be bother some), and we try to inform others when we want to invite friends, or want to have a boardgame evening/party. Its not often, but its our living space and everybody should have the option to use the shared space for such events. =D (and most of the time all of us are participating anyway =P) We don’t have a strict "cleaning plan", more of a self assessing "to do" table where we write when we did some chores and cleaning. In regards of kitchen and bathroom use, since all of us have different schedules it forms for the most parts, and if somebody has stress, asking/knocking usually solves the problem =)

Hey, ab dem 01.01.2024 gibt es in unserer WG ein freies zimmer, vielleicht sogar früher, und wir suchen jemanden der unsere kleine gruppe ergänzt!

Zuerst eine kurze zusammenfassung wer/wie wir sind und was wir suchen:
wir sind 4 personen zwischen 23 udn 34 jahren und kommen aus unterschiedlichen feldern: IT, sprachen, kunst und aktivismus, und haben dadurch auch unterschiedliche lebensrhythmen. Wir sind immer froh wen wir uns im alltag über den weg laufen und plaudern, was zusammen essen oder mal auf ein bier fort gehen. Inklusivität ist für uns ein wichtiger punkt, und mit konservativen ansichten viben wir gar nicht. Uns ist wichtig das wir offen über unterschiedliche themen reden können, ob aktuelle themen oder persönliches, und dass wir uns offen ehrlich und respektvoll über wg angelegenheiten unterhalten können. Schlussendlich soll die WG nicht nur eine günstige wohngelegenheit sein, sondern ein miteinander =)
Was wir suchen ist jemand der unsere kleine comunity bereichert, selbstständig ist, keine angst davor hat spaß mit uns zu haben und idealerweise nicht cis mänlich ist (für die vielfallt wärs =D)

Die harten fakten:
Der raum ist 14m² groß und kostet 350€. Allgemeine Einkäufe (öl, salz, klopapier...) werden von uns allen erledigt, die Kosten werden auf eine Liste gesetzt und dann auf alle gleichmäßig aufgeteilt. Es gibt eine 24h tankstelle vor unserer tür, ein kellerabteil, einen platz für fahrräder, öffentliche verkehrsmittel sind in 5 minuten erreichbar (landstraße in 8). Die Wohnung hat einen balkon, ein geräumiges wohnzimmer, küche, bad, und ein zweites klo. (siehe: bilder)

In bezug auf die wohnsituation:
Der raum ist neben der eingangstür, also kann man leute kommen gehen und plaudern hören. Das fenster zeigt zwar zur seitenstraße, den straßenverkehr hört man bei offenem fenster trotzdem. Allgemeine räumlichkeiten werden ganztägig genutzt, dies natürlich mit rücksicht (spät abends oder in der nacht probiert man natürlich nicht zu stören), und wir probieren alle zu informieren wen wir gäste einladen oder etwas veranstalten wollen, wie einen spieleabend oder eine party. Es passiert nicht oft, aber es ist unser lebensraum und jeder sollte die möglichkeit haben ihn zu nutzen =D (und meist sind wir e alle dabei =P) Wir haben keinen strikten Putzplan, nur eine "to do" tabelle wo wir sehen was mal wieder gemacht gehört und wo jeder sehen kann ob er vielleicht mal wieder aktiv werden sollte. Da wir alle unterschiedliche rhythmen haben passt es meist, und sonst kocht man eben zu zweit oder klopft mal an der badezimmer tür an und meist löst sich das problem von selbst =)
