Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß, hat Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Balkon und ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet.
Gegen eine Ablöse von 300€ kann der Kleiderschrank vom Vormieter übernommen werden (dieser ist gerade einmal wenige Wochen alt und somit so gut wie neu).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Scharitzerstraße und liegt direkt am Volksgarten.
Die nächste Straßenbahnstation (Goethe-Kreuzung) ist gerade einmal 1min zu Fuß entfernt.
Kurz gesagt, man hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe, da sich die Landstraße gleich um die Ecke befindet.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig.
Gesucht wird ein verantwortungsvoller und ordentlicher Mitbewohner, dem gegenseitiges Rücksichtnehmen sehr wichtig ist und auch auf die WG schaut.
Ich heiße Konstantin und bin 31 Jahre alt. Ich bin Christ und Mitglied einer Freilirche. Aus diesem Grund verbringe ich viel Zeit mit den Leuten von dort. Ich möchte keine Zweck-Wg, mir ist es wichtig dass wir ein Miteinander in der Wg haben und bin auch offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Ich respektiere es aber auch, wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.
Näheres kann gerne im Zuge einer Besichtigung besprochen werden.
Man kann einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazumieten.
