Der Weg ins Bad ist sehr kurz dafür ist es umso weiter in die Küche.
Leider sind Miete und Energiekosten in den letzten Jahren stark gestiegen, sodass wir jetzt 500,- für das Zimmer berechnen müssen. Damit sind alle Kosten abgedeckt: Miete, BK, Gas, Strom, Internet, Thermenwartung

Innenstadt, zwischen Hessenplatz und Südbahnhofmarkt. 24h Tankestellen-Shop ums Eck. Der Garten im Innenhof wird bis auf Entsorgungsstation und Radabstellplatz nur von uns genutzt. Ein großer Baum spendet unserer Gartenlounge Schatten und der Griller steht bereit.
City center, between Hessenplatz and Südbahnhofmarkt. 24/7 gas station shop around the corner. The garden in the courtyard is only used by us except for the disposal station and bicycle parking. A large tree provides shade for our garden lounge and the grill is ready.
Wir sind eine 5er WG zwischen 25 und 48 Jahren, einer Frau und drei Männer (falls wichtig). Die Aktivzeiten von uns unterscheiden sich oftmals drastisch, dabei sind Rückzugsphasen selbstverständlich. Dennoch gibt es immer wieder Zusammenkünfte in der Küche oder in einem der Zimmer. Die Grenze zwischen Privat und Gemeinschaft ist sehr flexibel und wird respektiert. Mit dem Rauchen in der Wohnung sehen wir es alles andere als streng. Im Sommer wird das WG-Leben auch auf den Garten ausgeweitet (Griller vorhanden). Zudem ist das Verhältnis zur Nachbarschaft im Haus und darüber hinaus sehr gut.
We are a 5-person flatshare between 25 and 48 years old, one woman and three men (if important). Our active times often differ drastically, with withdrawal phases being natural. Nevertheless, there are frequent gatherings in the kitchen or in one of the rooms. The boundary between private and communal is very flexible and respected. We don't have strict rules about smoking in the apartment. In summer, flatshare life is also extended to the garden (grill available). Furthermore, the relationship with the neighborhood in the building and beyond is very good.
