The room is spacious with high ceilings and a lot of floor. It is fully furnished, has a nice big bed, even nice carpets, as I am only gone for a month and will come back after. The space gets filled with natural light, with sun peeking in in the morning as well as evening, as it reflects off of the windows in the neighbouring building.
The flat is located just in front of a bus station of busses going to taubenmarkt. it is also just a 10min walk from hauptplatz, and maybe a minute from billa or five from lidl. Outside the flat is a nice garden with some benches, with flowers and herbs growing, there's also some trees which should blossom around this time... otherwise the area is very quiet.
The flat is shared with two people, both have always been very kind to me, we quickly became friends when I moved in. They're chill, always up for talking and but not intrusive. you can count on at least one to have a beer with you :) The kitchen is also shared, as well as the utesils, spices and oils we have in there.
If you are looking for a room for this one month and are able to respect our space while you're there, this flat can be right for you:)
