Hallo, ich heiße Lena und wohne derzeit mit Marie, Egle, Daniel und Danial in der WG. Da ich im Sommer die WG nicht brauche wäre mein Zimmer frei. (von 01.06 - 31.08. 2024)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch) und es wird kein Geld für die Ablöse verlangt.

Eine Bushaltestelle (Kaplanhofstraße) ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich gleich nebenan. Weitere gibt es im Umkreis von 700 – 900 Metern

Dies ist keine Zweck WG. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam und machen auch gerne Spieleabende. Da wir alle Studenten sind (zwischen 20 und 26 Jahre) gibt es auch immer wieder mal gemeinsame Lernabende.
Rauchen ist grundsätzlich nicht erwünscht, es bestehe aber die Möglichkeit am Balkon zu rauchen. Alkohol wird in unserer Wohnung konsumiert, aber eher wenig. Alle paar Wochen gibt es auch mal eine „WG Party“ :)

Es wäre auch möglich länger in der WG zu bleiben, da mein Vertrag am 31.08.2024 abläuft und das Zimmer sowieso frei wird.
Allerdings wäre dann eine Miete von 415€ zu zahlen..
