Da ich ab Januar auf Erasmus bin, wird mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete bis Anfang Juli (eventuell länger) frei!
Das Zimmer hat 18 m², ist möbliert und kostet 300 €, Kaution verhandelbar.
Die weiteren Kosten (Internet, Gas, Strom usw.) zahlen wir von der Wohnbeihilfe!
Unsere Altbau-Wohnung ist sehr zentral (Volksgarten/Musiktheater) gelegen, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Penny, Hofer, Billa, DM,..), die Haltestelle Goethekreuzung ist gleich um die Ecke, der Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie das Stadtzentrum und der Bauernberg.
Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein separates WC, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine usw.
Zu unserer WG gehören Maria (Behindertenbegleiterin), Thomas (Student) und Amr (Friseur))!
Wir würden uns über jemanden, der/die am WG-Leben teilnimmt (zB gemeinsames Kochen, Spieleabend o.ä.) sehr freuen!

Since I'm going to spend a semester abroad my room in our shared flat will be available from january 2017 until the beginning of july (maybe longer)
The room is 18 m², furnished and costs 300 €, deposit is negotiable.
The location is very central, many opportunities for shopping, tram station can be reached after a 1 minute walk, train station in 10 minutes.
We have a shared living room, bathroom with tub and seperate toilet, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
Maria, Thomas and Amr would be happy about a person who likes to take part in the "flat-life" like cooking together :)
