Ein Zimmer wird frei ab Juli. Die Wohnung ist ganz groß, hat 5 Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und noch eine Toilette, die wir normalerweise für rauchen nützen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Tisch, zwei Stühle und einer Kommode ausgestattet - bis auf das Bett bleiben alle im Zimmer, aber sehr wahrscheinlich das Bett auch (das Bett gehört nicht mir, ich könnte es aber nützen).
A room will be free from July onwards. The apartment is quite big, has 5 rooms, a bathroom with a tub, a kitchen and another toilet, which is normally used for smoking. The room is equipped with a bed, a table, two chairs and a dresser - all the furniture will stay in the room, probably the bed too but I cannot guarantee it since it's not mine. (however, I could use it without issues and it will probably be the same).
Die Lage der Wohnung finde ich toll - man kann das Zentrum der Stadt in 20 Minuten max. zu Fuß erreichen, Hauptbahnhof is 10 Minuten entfernt und daneben ist der Bauernberg Park, perfekt für Laufen oder einfach Spazieren. Hofer und Billa sind auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The location of the flat is great - you can reach the city centre easily in 20 minutes (max.) on foot, the main train station is 10 minutes away and very close by you have the Bauenberg Park, which is perfect for running or going for a walk (you also get a really nice view of the whole city if you go on top of the hill). Hofer and Billa are also 5 minutes away on foot.
Das WG-Leben ist hier unkompliziert und gemeinschaftlich, es gibt 5 Leute in der Wohnung und die meisten von uns studieren.
The WG life is a rather uncomplicated and sociable - five people live in the flat and most of us are students. basically anything goes, you can also have some peace and quiet, but also chat in the kitchen.
