Das Zimmer ist schön hell und mit Blick auf den großen Garten im Innenhof.
Daher auch sehr ruhig und man bekommt von der Straße nichts mit.
The room is very nice and bright and overlooks the large courtyard garden.
Therefore very quiet and you don't hear anything from the street.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist in 2-3 Gehminuten bei der Goethekreuzung/Landstrasse. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß beim Bahnhof. In einer Minute sind sie bei der Bushaltestelle. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe ( Hofer, Billa, Penny etc )
The location is very central and it is a 2-3 minute walk to the Goethe intersection / Landstrasse. In 10 minutes you can walk to the train station. In a minute you will be at the bus stop. There are many shops nearby (Hofer, Billa, Penny etc)
Es ist keine Party-WG, aber wir sitzen gerne hin und wieder zusammen zum Essen, Spielen oder Quatschen! :)
Wir haben unterschiedlichen Schlaf/-Ruhezeiten und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir dabei aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen.
Wir schätzen gegenseitigen Respekt füreinander !
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Bad, WC, einer Küche, Flur, Wohnzimmer, und vier Zimmern. Gesucht wird eine freundliche Person, die in eine schicke und saubere WG einziehen will.
It's not a party apartment, but we like to sit together every now and then to eat, play or chat! :)
We have different sleep / rest times and it is important to us that we show consideration for each other.
We value mutual respect for one another!
The apartment consists of a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, hall, living room and four rooms. We are looking for a friendly person who wants to move into a neat and clean shared apartment.
