I am leaving my room end of October, it's a big room with access on the balcony by the window. You can grab some minth and basilicum from there, or organise barbecue in summer, this is really convenient!
It is quiet and with a nice view, because it is situated on the courtyard side that is itself facing the Bauernberg Park.
All the furniture will stay (included radio and little objects) however a participation of 100€ is asked.
The flat doesn't have a living room, but it has a nice big kitchen that will be renovated in the upcoming months. You will enjoy a brand new kitchen from then!
The flat is situated mid way from the city center and the train station, which is really convenient! The Bauerneberg park is just at the door, you can go for a run or a walk there everyday, it is really great!
There is a large variety of shops around the flat, most conveniently a big Hoffer, 3 minutes walking.
With a bicycle, everything is accessible really easily and there are some bicycle parking in the courtyard, or in the street in front of the building.
You will share the flat with 5 other roomates, sometimes we eat together and play cards or debate on a variety of subjects. Since there are students of Kunstuni, Bruckner and JKU living here, there is always different stories or experience to share, and it has been really great so far!
We also enjoy our privacy, and have different timetables!
