Die sehr helle Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock (=ganz oben). Man kann die 126 Stufen dorthin steigen (=Fitnessprogramm) oder den Lift nehmen ;-) Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben direkten Zugang zur 14m² Terrasse.
Die Wohnung ist mit Parkettböden ausgestattet und ist sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Der Rest der Wohnung (Küche, Wohn/Esszimmer, Garderobe, Bad, WC) ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Gegen Aufpreis wäre auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden.

The very bright apartment is on the 7th floor (= at the top). You can climb the 126 steps (= fitness program) or take the elevator ;-) Both bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the 14m² terrace.
The apartment is equipped with parquet floors and is very quiet. The room is furnished. The rest of the apartment (kitchen, living/dining room, cloakroom, bathroom, toilet) is for shared use. An underground parking space would also be available for an extra charge.

I have been greatly enjoying living with Tina. She is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful housemate. The flat is very light and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and Tina has been helpful in accommodating anything to make me comfortable and at home. The terrace gets very good light and you get beautiful views of the skye every day. It’s positioned very close to old town and in immediate proximity to different shops. I’ve had a very good experience in the flat and would recommend to anyone living in the flat and meeting friendly Tina.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, direkt an der Bushaltestelle "Rilkestraße". 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Musiktheater, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof.

Very good transport links, right next to the "Rilkestraße" bus stop. 10 minute walk to the music theater, 15 minute walk to the train station.
Ich bin Tina: sportlich, jung geblieben und unkompliziert. Ich interessiere mich für Sprachen und unterhalte mich gerne über "Gott und die Welt". In der Freizeit findet man mich auf Flohmärkte, in den Bergen oder mit dem Rucksack irgendwo in der Welt.
Corona- und Homeoffice-bedingt werde ich nicht immer da sein. Auch am Wochenende bin ich meist unterwegs.
