Die Wohnung wurde im April des letzten Jahres komplett saniert. Dabei wurde alles erneuert, angefangen vom Boden über das Bad, die Fenster und die Heizung bis hin zur Küche. Die Wohnung wurde speziell für das Leben in einer WG konzipiert. Meine Mitbewohnerin Christina wird Ende Oktober ausziehen, da sie mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht.
Vom Zimmer aus genießt man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Linzer Dom. In Bezug auf Straßenlärm haben wir Dreifachverglasung mit Schallschutz installiert. ;-)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer äußerst zentralen Lage. Der Linzer Hauptbahnhof ist nur 6 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür erstreckt sich der Bauernberg, wo man in einem Park spazieren und entspannen kann. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegenüber davon befinden sich ein Billa-Supermarkt und eine OMV-Tankstelle. Sollte man sonntags Lebensmittel benötigen, kann man nach einem kurzen Fußweg zum Spar am Bahnhof gehen, der täglich bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet ist.
Das WG Leben bei uns funktioniert sehr gut. Am Abend setzten wir uns gerne auf einen Plausch zusammen oder kochen etwas. Dabei überrascht uns Elma, die aus Taiwan kommt, oft mit Kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Dadurch, dass es bei ihr noch etwas mit dem Deutsch happert reden wir auch oft English, was mir oft selbst nicht schadet. Mein Beruf ist Softwareentwickler/Administrator, daher haben wir eine stabile und schnelle Internetverbindung ;)
Da die Wohnung noch relativ neu ist, hast du die Möglichkeit, deine eigenen Ideen zur Gestaltung einzubringen.
Wir legen beide großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Bei uns gibt es keinen festen Putzplan. Die Regel lautet: Wenn es schmutzig ist, wird es sauber gemacht – und diese Regel hat bisher sehr gut funktioniert.

The approx. 15m² single room offers a wonderful view of the Linz Cathedral. Window are triple glazing with soundproofing :)
The apartment was completely renovated in April last year. Everything was renewed. From the floor, bathroom, windows, heating to the equipped fitted kitchen, everything has all been renewed. There are also sotrage room, washing machine and vacuum.
The apartment was designed for living in a flat. My roommate Christina, will move out end of October, because she will move together with her boyfriend.
Location
The apartment is very centrally located, it only takes you 6 minutes to the main train station in Linz. The Bauernberg is right outside the front door, where you can relax with a walk through the park.
The bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance. You will also find Billa and the OMV gas station.
If you need groceries on a Sunday or late evening, there is a Spar at the train station, which is open every day until 11:00 p.m.
WG life
Since we are both working, in the evening, weekend we'd like to have a chat or cook something together.
Elma, who comes from Taiwan, often surprises us with culinary delights. Due to the fact that she still has problems with German, we often speak English.
Because the apartment is still relatively young, you can bring in your ideas to design the apartment.
We both value cleanliness. We don't have a cleaning schedule.
The rule: when you see it's dirty, just clean it, and it has worked very well so far :)
