Hallo liebe WG-Suchende! 🦋
Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer mitten in Linz. Das 13m² große Zimmer ist super gemütlich und ruhig, da es in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Wände wurden bei unserem Einzug gestrichen - also alles wie neu.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Goethestraße / Starhembergstraße. Gleich um die Ecke ist hier der Südbahnhofmarkt und du bist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten direkt auf der Landstraße.
Verkehrsanbindungen liegen direkt oder unmittelbar vor der Haustüre:
• Haltestelle Dinghoferstraße/Goethestraße - Bus 12, 17, 19
• Europaplatz - Bus 25, 12, 17, 19,
• Humboldstraße - Bus 41, 43
Die 100m² große WG ist aufgeteilt auf in:

• großes Wohnzimmer
• 3 seperate Schlafzimmer

Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind also:

Linda (24), Biochemie-Studentin an der JKU, international Girl und beste American Cookie-Bäckerin.
Bei uns in der WG wird hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen, Deutsch geht aber natürlich auch.
Der Alltag bei uns ist ziemlich entspannt, jeder macht sein Ding - abends sind wir trotzdem oft gemeinsam in der Wohnung und es wird z.B gekocht/gebacken, viel geredet und gelacht oder einfach vorm Fernseher gelegen.
