In unserer 3er WG wird das größte 32 qm "Zimmer" - bestehend aus 2 verbundenen Zimmern - frei! Die Räume sind lichtdurchflutet und durch die Lage an einer Nebenstraße ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in absoluter Nähe zur Landstraße.
In deinem gesamten Zimmer ist Parkett verlegt und du hast dein ganz eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Die Zimmer bestehen aus einem größeren und einem kleineren Raum, wobei der größere ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Damit sind diese Zimmer perfekt geeignet, um ein Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer einzurichten oder aber auch für ein Pärchen, das zusammen in den Zimmern wohnen will. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und ist komplett möbliert, Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt ein separates WC und ein Wohnzimmer neben den beiden Zimmern deiner Mitbewohner. Dein Zimmer liegt am anderen Ende der Wohnung, sodass du deine Ruhe hast, wenn du willst, aber Gesellschaft nie mehr als ein paar Meter entfernt ist.
Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Zimmer der Wohnung zeigen zur Gartenseite und sind durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell.

The largest 32 sqm "room" - made up of two separate rooms - in our 3-person shared flat is available! The rooms are flooded with light and are located in a quiet area on a side street, but still very close to the main road.
There is a beautiful wooden flooring throughout your room and you have your own bathroom with shower.
The rooms consist of a larger and a smaller room, whereby the larger room is a passageway. This makes these rooms perfect for setting up a bedroom and study or for a couple who want to live together in the rooms. The rooms are unfurnished.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine is available. There is a separate toilet and a living room next to the two rooms of your flatmates. Your room is at the other end of the flat, so you can have your peace and quiet if you want, but company is never more than a few metres away.
The shared rooms of the flat face the garden and are very bright due to the many windows.

Zu Fuß bist du in nur wenigen Schritten auf der Landstraße, der Hauptgeschäftsstraße von Linz. Durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße, liegt die Wohnung ruhig und ist trotzdem umgeben von allem was du fürs tägliche Leben benötigst. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden mehrere Supermärkte (Billa, Billaplus, Hofer, Eurospar), Apotheken, Sportgeschäfte, Bekleidungsläden, Schuhgeschäfte, einfach alles was das Herz begehrt!
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Bürgerstraße) ist nur drei Minuten entfernt und alle Linien halten hier. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zwei Stationen mit der Straßenbahn entfernt oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Altstadt, Hauptplatz und Donaulände befinden sich in Laufweite. Auch der Bauernberg mit wunderschönem Park ist nicht weit entfernt. Du bist bestens an die Anton-Bruckner-Universität (20 min mit ÖPNV), JKU ( 20 min mit ÖPNV) und Kunstuniversität (10 min zu Fuß) angebunden.

It is only a few steps on foot to Landstraße, Linz's main shopping street. Due to its location in a side street, the flat is quiet and yet surrounded by everything you need for daily life. In the immediate vicinity are several supermarkets (Billa, Billaplus, Hofer, Eurospar), pharmacies, sports shops, clothing shops, shoe shops, simply everything your heart desires!
The nearest tram stop (Bürgerstraße) is only three minutes away and all lines stop here. The main train station is two stops away by tram or a 15-minute walk. The old town, Hauptplatz and Donaulände are within walking distance. The Bauernberg with its beautiful park is also not far away. You have excellent connections to the Anton Bruckner University (20 minutes by public transport), JKU (20 minutes by public transport) and the University of Art (10 minutes on foot).
Deine Mitbewohnerin Sandra (29) studiert Tanz im Master, jobbt nebenbei und kommt ursprünglich aus Spanien. Dein Mitbewohnerin Alenka (28) studiert Traversflöte im Bachelor, jobbt nebenbei und kommt ursprünglich aus Slowenien. Aktuell ist Sandra für ein Praktikum in Schweden und die Zwischenmieterin Evin, eine deutsche Praktikantin bei BMW, hält die Stellung.
Tagsüber gehen wir meist unseren eigenen Leben nach und sind mit unserem Studium beschäftigt. Manchmal kommen wir abends in der Küche zusammen, essen gemeinsam und unterhalten uns bei einem Glas Wein (oder Bier). Im Zusammenleben sind wir recht unkompliziert. Es gibt einen Putzplan und offene Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig.

Your flatmate Sandra (29) is studying dance for her Master's degree, works part-time and is originally from Spain. Your flatmate Alenka (28) is studying traverso for her Bachelor's degree, works part-time and is originally from Slovenia. Sandra is in Sweden for an internship at the moment and Evin, am intern at BMW from Germany, is sub renting her room until Sandra is back.
During the day, we usually go about our own lives and are busy with our studies. Sometimes we get together in the kitchen in the evening, eat together and chat over a glass of wine (or beer). When it comes to living together, we are quite uncomplicated. There is a cleaning schedule and open communication is very important to us.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und eine Internet-Flatrate. Fahrrad kann im Hausflur abgestellt werden. Das Einzugsdatum können wir gerne abstimmen.
