Hallo allerseits,
ich bin berufstätig und mir ist aufgefallen, dass mir meine Wohnung doch etwas zu groß ist für mich alleine. Daher vermiete ich das zweite Schlafzimmer meiner Wohnung. Erstmals für 6 Monate. Wenn man sieht, dass es gut läuft, kann man das gerne verlängern.
Ich suche eine/n saubere Mitbewohner/in der/die sauber und sympathisch ist.
Kurz zu mir, ich bin ein geselliger Typ und bin gern bei Koch-, Film-, Spieleabenden dabei. Wenn es sich nicht ergibt ist das natürlich auch okay.
Da ich selbst berufstätig bin, wäre es mir lieber wenn es unter der Woche etwas ruhiger ist am Abend.
