Temporary | Großes, zentrales, gemütliches WG Zimmer | voll möbliert zur Zwischenmiete | 01.04. - 31.05.2024

Unsere WG hat eine geniale, zentrale Lage. Sie liegt direkt gegenüber der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Biegung. Mit den Linien 3 und 4 ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt (Hauptplatz). Als Alternative geht man zur Haltestelle Rudolfstraße (ca. 3 Minuten) und steigt in die Linien 1 oder 2. Beide fahren Richtung Innenstadt/JKU. 

Im Sommer ist vor allem der Donaustrand ein super Ort, um sich in der Donau von der Hitze ein wenig abzukühlen.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Fußnähe. Das Einkaufszentrum Lentia City erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Dort gibt es u.a. einen Hofer, Billa Plus, Apotheke, DM, McDonalds und vieles mehr.

Our shared flat has a central location, the tram stop is nearby. With the tram Lines 3 and 4 you can get to the city center (Hauptplatz) in just a few minutes. Alternatively, you can walk to the Rudolfstraße stop (approx. 3 minutes) and take lines 1 or 2, both of which run towards the city center/JKU. 

In summer, the Danube beach is a great place to cool off from the heat.
Many shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Lentia City shopping center with a couple of grocery stores can be reached in a few minutes by food.

In unserer 3er WG leben ich und Marcel. Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht gerade aus, daher sind wir neben meinem Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete auch auf der Suche nach einer längerfristigen Mitbewohner:in.
Marcel, 36, arbeitet in Teilzeit an der JKU und schreibt nebenher an seiner Masterarbeit. Ansonsten spielt er viel E-Gitarre (meistens mit Kopfhörern), geht einmal in der Woche Bouldern, fährt Mountainbike oder trifft sich mit Freunden.

Wir sind eine sehr gemütliche und offene WG. Gemeinsames Kochen, zusammensitzen und plaudern, Spieleabende oder zusammen abends weggehen - in unserer WG verbringen wir gerne entspannt Zeit zusammen und unsere Eckbank in der Küche eignet sich sehr gut für Geselligkeit. Natürlich kann man sich auch jederzeit in sein Zimmer zurück ziehen.
Sauberkeit in der WG ist uns sehr wichtig und wir wechseln uns ab mit dem Putzen von Bad und Küche.

Marcel and I live in a shared flat with 3 people. Our third roommate is currently moving out, so we are looking for a longer-term roommate in addition to my room for interim rent.
Marcel, 36, works part-time at the JKU and is writing his Master's thesis. He also plays a lot of electric guitar (usually with headphones), goes bouldering once a week, rides his mountain or meets up with friends.
We are a very relaxed and open minded shared flat. Cooking together and talking, games evenings or going out together in the evening - we like to spend time together in a chill atmosphere and our corner bench in the kitchen is perfect for socializing. Of course, you can also retreat to your room at any time.
Cleanliness in the shared flat is very important to us and we take turns cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.

Einzug ist ab 1. April 2024 möglich, eventuell auch ein paar Tage früher. Das Zimmer wird untervermietet bis Ende Mai 2024.
