Hello 🌻 Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Chrissi mit ihrem Masterstudium fertig ist, wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG und angenehm ruhig. Es hat Rollos, einen Schreibtisch, ein 140 x 200 m Bett, zwei große Kommoden und ein Stufenregal. Durch die großen Fenster kommt am Morgen viel Sonne, Pflanzen fühlen sich sehr wohl im Zimmer.
An dein Zimmer grenzt das Bad (WC ist separat) und Annas Zimmer an. Durch den Flur kommt man zur Küche und Wohnzimmer, sowie zur großen Loggia, von der man bei gutem Wetter die Alpen sieht.

Hello 🌻 Since our roommate Chrissi has finished her master's studies, we have a room available in our shared apartment!
The room is the largest in the apartment and pleasantly quiet. It comes with blinds, a desk, a 140 x 200 cm bed, two large dressers, and a step shelf. With its large windows, the room gets plenty of morning sunlight, and plants thrive in it.
Next to your room are the bathroom (the toilet is in a separate room) and Anna's room. Through the hallway, you can access the kitchen and living room, as well as the large balcony, where you can see the Alps on a clear day.
Unsere WG ist in einem Hochhaus, in dem auch ein Einkaufszentrum, das LentiaCity, ist.
Die Lage ist entsprechend super! Man ist richtig schnell überall. Bei Regenwetter muss man das Gebäude nicht verlassen, um einkaufen zu gehen, da unser Aufzug im Einkaufszentrum hält.
Im Lentia gibt es von Supermärkte über Modeshops bis Thalia alles, was man braucht. Essenstechnisch gibt es leckere Asiaten, Dean and David und Mc Donalds - und für Nachteulen hat die Tankstelle 3 Minuten entfernt 24/7 geöffnet.

2 Gehminuten von der Haustür entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle zur JKU, die man innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht. Die Bimstationen Rudolfstraße/ Biegung / Pöstlingbergbahn erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
— Parkplatz —
Es gibt viele Parkplätze um das Lentia herum - wenn doch mal keiner frei ist, kann man 2 Stunden lang gratis in der Tiefgarage unseres Gebäudes parken und von der Loggia aus abchecken, wann etwas frei wird.
— Fahrradparkplatz —
Zu deinem Zimmer gehört ein gratis Fahrradparkplatz, den man absperrren kann.

Our shared apartment is located in a high-rise building, which also houses a shopping center called LentiaCity.
The location is superb! You can get everywhere quickly. On rainy days, you don't have to leave the building to shop since our elevator stops in the shopping center.
In LentiaCity, you'll find everything from supermarkets to fashion stores to Thalia bookstore. For food options, there are delicious Asian restaurants, Dean and David, and McDonald's - and for night owls, the gas station just 3 minutes away is open 24/7.
—Public Transport—
Just a 2-minute walk from the front door is a bus stop to the JKU (Johannes Kepler University), which you can reach within 10 minutes. The tram stations Rudolfstraße/Biegung/Pöstlingbergbahn are a 5-minute walk away.
—Parking—
There are many parking spaces around LentiaCity. If there's no parking available, you can park for free for 2 hours in the underground parking of our building and check from the balcony when a spot becomes free.

Your room comes with a free bike parking spot that you can lock.
In der WG bleiben Anna(20) und Ágoston (21).
Anna kommt aus Bayern und studiert Softwaredesign in Hagenberg. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie gerne auf der Loggia und malt bei einem Glas Wein, oder geht bouldern. Für Brettspiele und Fernsehabende ist sie immer zu haben!
Ágoston kommt aus Ungarn und studiert Musik an der Bruckner-Universität. Er kocht sehr gerne ungarische Spezialitäten für die WG und spielt sehr gut Geige! Die meiste Zeit übt er an der Uni, aber manchmal kriegt man ein Privatkonzert, wenn man sich ins Wohnzimmer setzt.
Beide sprechen sowohl Deutsch, als auch Englisch.

In the apartment, Anna (20) and Ágoston (21) will remain.
Anna is from Bavaria and studies Software Design in Hagenberg. In her free time, she enjoys being on the balcony, painting with a glass of wine, or going bouldering. She's always up for board games and movie nights!
Ágoston is from Hungary and studies music at the Bruckner University. He loves cooking Hungarian specialties for the apartment and plays the violin very well! Most of the time, he's practicing at the university, but sometimes you'll get a private concert if you sit in the living room.
Both speak German and English fluently.
