Ich Elias(18) und mein Mitbewohner Alexander(27) suchen eine(n) Dritte(n) für unsere WG(95 m²) in Linz, ab Anfang August. Die Miete beträgt 295€ inkl. Betriebskosten, Heizung u. Strom. Kaution: 833€
Wir haben auch ein großes Wohn-u. Geimeinschaftszimmer und einen Balkon auf der Südseite des Wohnhauses, mit Blick auf das Schlossmuseum und die Donau. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden.
Öffis: Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rudolfstraße ca. 3 min Gehzeit und zur Langutstraße ca. 1 min.
