Ich vergebe ab 1. Februar 2013 wegen eines Auslandssemesters mein WG Zimmer in einer wunderschönen 4er WG (3 Mitbewohnerinnen), suche aber jetzt schon eine/n Nachmieter/in.

20m² Zimmer in top-lage. Neben neuem Rathaus. 15 min mit der BIM zur JKU.
Miete: ca 270 €/Monat inkl. BK, Strom, Internet und TV.
sonstige Ausstattung:
25m² WZ, getrenntes WC und Bad(mit Badewanne und Dusche), geräumige moderne Küche, Abstellkammerl, Kellerabteil.
Ich würde gerne meinen Kasten (bietet sehr viel Stauraum) gegen eine kleine Ablöse im Zimmer lassen und auch noch ein Blickdichtes Rollo gegen Ablöse hier lassen.
