Hello,
I'm renting my room placed in a very central location (Ars Electronica Center and Neues Rathaus are very near) for 1 month because I will be leaving on holiday. The room is very nice, sunny, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away (Billa) where you can make your shopping. As well Lentia Center is 5 minutes away.
The room has a king size and extremely confortable bed. I will provide the sheets and everything necessary for a great sleep! The room is part of a 3 rooms, 90 square meters apartment. One room is occupied by my flatmate, a very quiet American guy that will not bother you at all because he's mostly in his room working on his art projects or out of the apartment, so you won't really see him. The 3rd room is empty and located inbetween the other 2 occupied rooms, that means very much increased privacy. The kitchen has everything necessary and you can use my dishes, pans, pots, etc.
There is also a small terrace where you have direct view to Pöstlingberg, and a garden downstairs where you can relax and have a drink, if you want. There is a "no smoking" requirement and unfortunately pets are not allowed either. The bathroom is clean and is equiped with shower and bathtub, washing machine, cabinet, no mirror (the mirror is on the hallway), lights.
The rent is 390 euro per month + extra costs for energy and gas (LinzAG), internet (the costs are fixed for all months of the year, 90 euro). The time period I will be gone is 8 December - 9 January. Please send me a message if you are interested and want to visit.

The location is very central; Rudolfstrasse 14 is near AEC (Ars Electronica Center), Neues Rathaus is very close, also the Danube for a walk or jogging, Lentia Center is max 5 minutes away.
There are bus stations, tram stops 3 minutes away and you can get to Linz Hbf in 7 minutes (by tram) or Linz Urfahr Hbf in 1 minute (by foot).
Hauptplatz is just accross the bridge, 5 minutes away by foot. Restaurants are everywhere in the surrounding area.
This is a 2 persons Apartment, so you will have a flatmate - a very quiet American guy that will not bother you and you will barely see him.
We don't really invite people over because we are very busy with study and job, but it's possible to invite friends in the garden, which I think it's a much better idea.
I have a bike in the basement and you can use it of you want, but it needs air in the wheels.
I would like to reserve a closet to put my things in it and you can have others in the closet room, as well you can use the stander in my room.
