Looking for WG (for 10 month, not far from the centre)(student, female, not smoking)

I am an art student at the University of Linz (graphic design and photography). As a person I would describe myself as calm, friendly, rational and supportive. I like comfort and cleanliness at home, as well as good company. Also I'm not smoking, vegan 😌

I've never had any problems with tenants: I always pay on time, keep the whole apartment in order, bake delicious cupcakes, don't make noise, sort garbage properly and am friendly with neighbors.
I always adhere to the terms of the contract and treat all documentation responsibly. So I carefully use all resources (water, electricity) and use heating in winter.
Regarding the timing I am interested in is September to June (next academic year). I would be very happy to hear back from you
