Wir haben 2 Zimmer im Angebot, und das für dich ganz alleine!
Warum 2 Zimmer? Weil beide Zimmer von unsererm Noch-Mitbewohner bewohnt sind und wir das kleinere von beiden definitiv nicht brauchen. Das große hat eine Fläche von ca. 20 qm und das kleine von ca. 6 qm ( kann als Büro- oder Abstellraum genutzt werden).
Das Haus liegt in Bad Westerkotten, einem Ortsteil von Erwitte.
Die Nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus fährt jede Stunde ein Bus zum Bahnhof nach Lippstadt.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15-20 min am Bahnhof. Jeder der sich hier etwas auskennt, weiß, dass man mit dem Auto aufgrund von Verkehrslage genauso lange zum Bahnhof braucht.
Bei uns ist fast alles erlaubt. Der Garten steht zur Mitbenutzung zur verfügung.
2 Katzen sind vorhanden ( Also keine Katzenhaarallergie mitbringen).
