1 WG Zimmer in einer 2er schöner WG in Lippstadt Mitte

Hey, ich bin Suryaa, habe gerade mein Studium beendet und werde bald nach Berlin ausziehen, daher gibt es ein schönes privates Zimmer in einer WG ab dem ersten Mai zu mieten, die ganze Wohnung ist voll möbliert, ich verkaufe auch die Möbel in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist eine Zwei-Personen-WG mit einer voll eingerichteten Küche, einem Bad und zwei Schlafzimmern und befindet sich zudem im Zentrum der Stadt, etwa 50 Meter zwischen Rathaus Lippstadt und Grunewinkel. Ein gemütlicher Spaziergang oder ein flotter Lauf durch den Park nach der Arbeit sollte also kein Problem sein!

Wie du auf dem Bild sehen kannst, hat das Schlafzimmer durch drei große Fenster eine schöne Aussicht auf die Lippe. Die Wohnfläche der Wohnung beträgt etwa 95 Quadratmeter, und jedes Schlafzimmer ist etwa 27 Quadratmeter groß. Die Mitbewohner in der WG ist auch ein Student und studiert Elektrotechnik an der Hochschule, er ist sehr freundlich, ruhig, respektiert die Privatsphäre anderer und ist unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, einer Matratze, einem Arbeitstisch, einem Sofa und einem Schrank für Kleidung. Es hat auch einen Projektor, um Filme zu sehen oder Spiele zu socken 😊

Die Möbelubernahme in der Wohnung kosten 600 Euro

Hey, I am Suryaa, just finished my studies and will be moving out to Berlin soon, so there is a beautiful private room in a WG to rent from the first of may, the whole flat is fully furnished, I am also selling the furnitures in the flat.

The flat is two people shared WG with a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms and also it is located in the centre of the town about 50 meters between Rathaus Lippstadt and Grunewinkel. So going out for a pleasant walk or a brisk run in the park after work shouldn't be a problem!

As you can see in the picture, the bedroom has a nice view of the Lippe river through three massive windows. The living space of the flat is about 95 square meters, and each bedroom is about 27 square meters. The other flatmate in the Wg is a student as well and studying electrical engineering at the University of Hamm-Lippstadt who is very friendly, calm, respects other's privacy and easy-going. The location is ideal for students since the uni is a 10 minutes walk, 2 mins to the bus station, and 10 mins walk to the train station. Aldi supermarket is 2 mins away, Edeka 10 minutes, it couldn't be any better. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, a mattress, a study table, a sofa and a cabinet for clothes. It also has a projector to watch movies or play games.
