Ich suche jemanden, der ein Zimmer in einem 2er Wg-Haus langfristig mieten möchte. Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 21 m² groß unmöbliert zu vermieten und die gesamte Wohnung ist 95 m² groß. Es verfügt über eine große Küche mit Esstisch, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Toilette sowie eine Waschküche und ein unmobilierte Spareroom vielleicht kommt da einen Minibar mit einer konsole ;) Ein Einzug ist ab dem 1. April möglich, aber aufgrund von der Coronavirus-Sperre ist es sogar möglich, es ab dem 1. Mai zu mieten.
Das Haus befindet sich neben Aldi, die DHL Packstation und Grünewinkel ist etwa 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt, es gibt auch Sparkasse und Commerzbank in der Nähe,um genau zu sagen, das Haus liegt mitten in der Stadt, welche finde ich schon super.
Ich bin der Mitbewohner, der das Haus teilen wird. Ich bin Student bei Hshl, ein ziemlich sozialer Typ. Normalerweise kochen wir das Abendessen oder Mittagessen zusammen am Wochenende, total entspanntes Leben und auch respektiere ich die Privatsphäre der anderen
