Hallo, ich ziehe um und muss schweren Herzens meine Wohnung verlassen!
Dein Zimmer liegt super zentral in der Innenstadt und es ist trotzdem recht ruhig.
Momentan bist du alleine in der WG, was entweder bedeutet, dass du viel Ruhe für dich hast oder dich auf die Suche nach einem passenden Mitbewohner*in machen kannst. Am Preis ändert sich allerdings nichts:)
Die Wohnung hat eine Spülmaschine, Fußbodenheizung und elektrische Jalousien. Ich war der Erstbezug, also ist alles noch in einem super Zustand!
Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten, der Bahnhof liegt nur 5 Min entfernt. Mit deinem Rad kannst du in ca. 5-10 Min an der Hshl sein. Die Innenstadt ist in weniger als 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die nächste Kneipe ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt!
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du gerne ein paar Möbel übernehmen, dass ist aber kein Muss.:)
