Hello,
I am looking for a WG flat in Lippstadt, preferebly near the Hochschule. The room must have a bed, a wardrobe and a normal-sized desk. I can pay maximum 310 Euro with all additional fees per month. I can also pay deposit for next two months.
If you have a flat in Paderborn near Hauptbahnhof, please do not hesitate and send me your offer too.
As for my self, I am studying electrical engineering in Hochschule Lippstadt. I am a nonsmoker and I do not have any pets, however I do not mind if any future flatmate has one. I tend to cook at home, so a cutlery set is a big plus for me. By the end of a next year I should be able to speak fluent German. Right now I only understand the basics.
