Suche für mein Zimmer in der Weißenburger Straße 2 einen Nachmieter ab Februar 2021. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus wo ausschließlich wgs wohnen. Zimmer stehen nun noch ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, ein Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze und ein kleines Regal. Kann übernommen werden bei Bedarf.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell und geräumig mit Laminatfußboden in Holzoptik. Fliegengitter und Rollo am Fenster.
Der riesige Gemeinschaftsgarten eignet sich super zum Grillen.
Das Zimmer ist nah an der Uni ca 5 min.
Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten.
Zum Bahnhof läuft man 5 Minuten.
Garage oder Stellplatz mietbar im Hinterhof.
Es gibt schöne Grünplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Kai und Paul.
Kai studiert an der HSHL und Paul arbeitet bei der Bundeswehr.
Auf Pauls Balkon wird ganzjährig gegrillt und die Küche ist ausreichend groß um auch mal zusammen zu kochen.
Es wird auch gerne mal Abende zusammen verbracht, aber jeder hat auch seine Zeit.
