Das Fenster blickt auf den großen Gemeinschaftsgarten Richtung Unionsgelände und damit nicht zur Straße raus.

Die WG liegt an der Kreuzung Rixbecker Straße - Weißenburger Straße. Zentral zwischen der HSHL, Hella und dem Bahnhof. Auch der Grüne Winkel ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, in die Innenstadt sind es knapp 10 Minuten.
Auch der Real und ein Netto sind 10 Minuten entfernt.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du vor dem Haus anschließen oder im Keller einschließen.
Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zur WG, kann aber angemietet werden. Wenn du bei der Hella arbeitest kannst du kostenlos auf dem großen Parkplatz direkt gegenüber parken.

The WG is located at the intersection of Rixbecker Straße - Weißenburger Straße. Centrally located between HSHL, Hella and the train station. A park and the river Lippe are a five-minute walk away, and it takes just under 10 minutes to get to the city center.
Supermarkets like Real and Netto are also 10 minutes away.
You can lock your bike in front of the house or in the basement.
A parking lot is not part of the flat share, but can be rented. If you work at Hella, you can park for free in the large parking lot directly across the street.
Du bewirbst dich auf einen Platz in einer jungen gemischten 3er WG, in der gerne gemeinsam gekocht wird und gesellige Abende verbracht werden.
Deine Zimmernachbarin Eva ist Anfang 20 und studiert an der Hochschule in Lippstadt. Lukas ist Mitte 20, arbeitet bei Hella und wohnt über dir unterm Dach. Eva's Hund Tobi ist quasi der vierte Mitbewohner. Du darfst also nicht allergisch gegen große, liebe Labradoodle sein :)

Your roommate Eva is at the start of her 20s and is studying at the university in Lippstadt. Lukas is in his mid-20s, works at Hella and lives above you under the roof. Eva's dog Tobi is the fourth roommate, so to speak. You should not be allergic to a large, friendly Labradoodle :)

Eva has a washing machine in the basement that you can use.
