Hey.
Da ich vom 15.6. bis zum 1.9. Semesterferien habe und die in Deutschland verbringe, wird mein wundervolles Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum frei. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen an einem der schönsten Orte Lissabons: dem Miradouro Santa Catarina. In 3-4 Minuten bist du an der Metro Station Baixa Chaido, in der gleichen Zeit im Party Viertel Bairro Alto und in 5 Minuten unten am Tejo oder beim Markt zum Lebensmittel kaufen. Der nächste Supermarkt, Bank, Café, … alles nur einen Katzensprung!!!
Während dieser Zeit wirst du mit Francois und Charles zusammenleben. Die beiden sind Franzosen, sprechen aber auch sehr gut Englisch. Außerdem Portugiesisch und Spanisch. Die beiden arbeiten, sind ordentlich, können gut kochen und genießen ansonsten das wundervolle Lissabon. Außerdem können sie dir in jeder Lebenslage helfen, da sie schon etwas länger in Lissabon wohnen: ob Restaurants, die schönste Strände, Bars, … die beiden werden es wissen.

During the summer I offer you the chance to sublet my cozy bedroom in our beautiful apartment. I will leave probably around the 15th of June - depends on your arrival - and will be back end of August/September.
You will live together with my amazing roomies Francois and Charles: they are French, 26 and 27 years old, speak Spanish, Portuguese and English more than fluent and are easy going/ clean and extremely nice. Francois is an architect, Charles loves to surf besides working. They will provide you with the best tips for beaches, restaurants, activities and so on!
The apartment is perfectly located: you will reach the following destinations eg. the metro station Baixa Chiado (blue line) in less than 4 minutes, Bairro Alto in 3, Principe Real in 10, Cais do Sodre in 8, . . . and "our little terrace" the Miradouro Santa Catarina in less than one minute (by feet).
Additionally, we have a living room, 1,5 bathrooms, a washing machine, vinyl player, . . .
I am sure you will enjoy your stay!!
