Light and fresh room, centered in the heart of Lisbon, near Amoreiras Shopping, Rato, Principe Real and Marques de Pombal. Located in calm, safe and traditional area, Campolide is one of Lisbon's most popular residencial areas.
Newly renovated apartment filled with sunlight! Simple and modern furnished, wooden floor, white walls. Double bed with a small cozy working space. Modern, fresh bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of space.
Your room, the bathroom and kitchen will be available for you to use. Besides the bathroom, there's a private WC, only you will have access to.
Campolide is a traditional and peacefull neighbourhood which offers:
small cozy restaurants called "Tascas" (Taverns), humble but yummy! There is a famous Tasca called Alberto which has the best Bitoque in Lisbon. It's very traditional, small and cozy. Laundry service, pharmacy, supermarket, tailor, tiny fruit shops is all near by in walking distance.
10 min walk and you are in Lisbon's biggest park: Parque Eduardo, which offers a beautiful view to Castelo São Jorge and River Tejo. More 5 min from the park and you're on Avenida de Liberdade (Lisbon's answer to Champs Elysee). From there you can walk to Baixa/Chiado.
The bus 758 is only 2 min walk from the apartment and takes you through popular Lisbon neighborhoods: Principe Real, Baixa/Chiado and Cais do Sodre.
5 min walk from the house there is a small taxi station. A taxi from there to Baixa/Chiado costs from 5-8 euros depending on the traffic.
If you decide to rent a car, parking in the neighbourhood is for free. From here, you can go fast to the bridge "25 de Abril". Furthermore, the exit to the highway is close to Campolide, which means that you can drive to the beautiful city Cascais in just 20-30 minutes.
Campolide is a traditonal and calm neighbourhood. You won't get disturbed by noise, but still, it's super close to the city center.
