I am moving to other country and I am renting my beautiful flat in Lisbon. The flat has two room, I will keep the attic room for storage and occasional visits but I will not live on regular basis in the flat.
The flat is ideal for someone who wants to live alone and will stay in Lisbon for 6-12 months.

The flat is located in Graça. Up the street there are a lot of services, traditional commerce, supermarkets, cafes, bakery, pharmacy and other facilities. Also up the street, the 28 tram is the nicest way to get to the center. A lot of bus possibilities are available at a 5 minute walking distance. Metro station: 15 minutes walk.
I am looking for a long term (6months/1year) rental from October 16th 2013 onwards.
