i write in ENgLish because our flat is a mixed flat and it adresses to everyone :)
The apartment has 5 rooms, we are a community so we try to share as much as possible and as much as comfortable.
We preferably/often cook and eat together, at least one weekly dinner together :)we have some plants and vegetables on the balcony near the kitchen, and a BIIIG beuatiful living room for yoga in the morning/night daytime,or for nice parties or dinners or to make music and dance together or accomodate guests if needed.
In the apartment lives mamaaaa with her cute 3 years old, who cheers up the flat, and which keeps us having an integral party-ause&clean- balance
We have for now 2/3 rooms to rent(all prices include all expenses- its easier)
1 330 Eur : bigger room 330 with nice wardrobe double bed, wooden floor, perfect if you have girl/boyfriend or if you want to live there the two of you (->more 30 eur for expenses) perfect if you need lots of space or if u jsut simply like a nice room:) (preferably til at least end June / end July!! or even whole summer+more if you want and if we liek each other here :))
ROOM 2, 250 Eur.: smaller room,double mattress, little wardrobe, little table (if u want) perfect for Erasmus or if u dont have so much stuff and like it cosy:) (preferably til at least end June/ end July or whole summer+more)
ROOM 3: 375 Eur: JUST for february, (because one person is gone+kid too;)) 375€ with double bed 2 balconies... if you have a child i have a kiddy bed for you and the kid, you are very welcome :)
it has lots of light :)if you need soemthing for just february here you are, it might still be free after, but not sure yet(will know that by beginning of february)!

lots of busses also around, great park jsut next door, parque eduardo VII (huge and green and great view)
