Das Schlafzimmer an sich ist klein, mit Tatami ausgelegt und mit Futon. Daneben ist ein relativ großes offenes Arbeitszimmer, mit dem Balkönchen. Beide sind sehr hell. Wir haben 2 Badezimmer. Wohn- Esszimmer und Küche sind ein Open-Space. Ingesamt hat die Wohnung 120 qm und hat noch ein weiteres Zimmer für Gäste. Also sozialer Rückzug ist gut möglich, aber wirklich komplett nur im Schlafzimmer selbst.
Saldanha ist eins der attraktivsten Viertel in der Stadt. 20 Min. zu Fuss ins historische Zentrum, 3 Minuten zu Kinos, 3 Metrolinien in 3 bis 5 Minuten erreichbar. 3 Stops zur Uni, Polytechnikum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Parks, Markt und guter Bioladen ganz in der Nähe. Gute Kühlung im Sommer (Hügel).

Gregor und Frida (MiniSchnauzerin) leben in der Wohnung. Meine Frau wohnt in São Paulo und ich fliege fast jeden Monat da hin. Auch darüber hinaus reise Ich relativ häufig und Frida ist dann oft bei Nachbarn. Wenn ich da bin, koche ich fast immer und Freunde kommen oft. Deutsch wird da aber selten geredet. Mit ernsten, nachdenklichen Leuten, die sich mit ihren Fertig-Nudeln in Ihrem Zimmer einschließen, und wenig lächeln kann ich nicht sehr gut umgehen. Frida auch nicht. Das bedeutet nicht, dass ich Unterhaltung oder Gesellschaft brauche.
Ich möchte auch nicht anderen hinterher putzen müssen, vor allem nicht die Toilette (Putzfrau kommt aber einmal pro Woche).
Du hättest also ein Badezimmer für Dich. Allerdings ist das auch die Gästetoilette. Ich habe mein eigenes Badezimmer.
Ich bin nicht scharf auf kurz befristete Vermietungen (z.B. weniger als 3 Wochen).
Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. ist natürlich alles vorhanden.
