Hallo Zusammen,
ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin, für eine zwei-er WG. Die Wohnung ist gute 40 QM groß und hat zwei Zimmer, Bad, Küche mit Essbereich, einen Kellerabstellplatz sowie Zugang zur gemeinsamen Dachterasse. Parken ist ca 3-4 Minuten Gehweg möglich. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 8 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, der Rewe ist ein Katzensprung entfernt(3min). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG (mit Aufzug).
Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist zur Zwischenmiete und kommt unmöbliert.
P.S: Ihr könnte mir auch bei Whatsapp schreiben. Ist mir lieber als Anrufe da ich viel in der Schweiz bin.
