Hallo zusammen,
ich suche einen DH-Studenten und Nachmieter für mein derzeitig gemietetes Zimmer mit ca. 20qm ab 1. Juli 2014. Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens ein Jahr. Bei Interesse besteht eine Verlängerungsmöglichkeit. Eine Untervermietung ist nicht möglich.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Regal und einem Kleiderschrank möbiliert.
Die WG bietet außerdem folgendes:
- Gemeinsam genutzte Küche
- Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne
- Dachboden zum Trocknen der Wäsche
- Fahrradstellplatz (kleines Garagenabteil)
Die WG ist zentral in Brombach gelegen, sodass Vieles innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist:
Ein Treff-Supermarkt ist nicht einmal 100m entfernt.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Bushaltestelle und den Brombacher Bahnhof.
Mit dem Fahrad erreicht man die DHBW an der Hangstraße innerhalb von 10 Minuten und die KBC innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
