gesucht wird ein offener Bewohner der
unkompliziert ist und nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sucht.
Infos zum Haus:
- Das Haus ca. 120 qm groß plus Garten
- Insgesamt 5 Zimmer plus Küche, Bad, Esszimmer (Wohnzimmer)
Ausstattung:Tv-Anschluss, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine...
Zu den Zimmern:
- renoviertes ca. 20 qm Zimmer mit Laminatboden
- Auf Wunsch teil möbliert (Bett und Schrank )
Rauchen: Ist im Haus nicht erlaubt, allerdings haben wir einen Garten, in dem ihr ohne Probleme Rauchen dürft.
Gute Bus (jede 30 min.) und Zug (jede 15 min.) Verbindung. Und : 6 min. mit dem Auto und 8 min. mit dem Fahrrad zur BA.
Gute Bus und Zug Verbindung. 6 min. mit dem Auto und 7 min. mit dem Fahrrad zur BA oder innen Stadt.
Unser WG-Leben würde ich als sehr unkompliziert bezeichnen.
Wir bevorzugen jemanden der keine Nachtschichten hat ... Da das ein Streitfaktor sein kann.
Am besten einfach mal vorbeischauen.
