Ich suche auf diesem Weg eine Mitbewohnerin. Ein Mitbewohner kommt aufgrund schlechter Erfahrung nicht mehr in Frage.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin 31 und eher ein Ruhiger Mensch... Zumindest meistens 😅
Zur Wohnung: Sie liegt ca. 5 min. von der Haltestelle Schwarzwaldstraße, es sind Kaufland und Aldi in der Nähe, die Jet Tankstelle ist auch nicht weit weg.
Leider gibt es nur ein Problem... Da die Wohnung von der Baugenossenschaft ist müsstest du als meine "neue Partnerin" in den Hauptvertrag eintreten, da die Baugenossenschaft keine Untermieter Verträge macht.
Falls das für dich in Ordnung ist melde dich doch einfach kurz bei mir.
