Das Zimmer wird von Juli bis Oktober untervermietet. Es ist voll möbliert. Einige wenige Deko-Elemente werde ich in dieser Phase mitnehmen, das meiste wird allerdings in dem Zimmer bleiben.
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer charmanten Altbauwohnung, 4-Zimmer davon ein gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche mit Spülmaschine, großes Bad, Waschmaschine und Trockner auf dem Stockwerk und Glasfaseranschluss.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Rande der Innenstadt.
Alles was man zum Leben braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar (Edeka, Aldi, dm-Markt, Restaurants, diverse Klamottengeschäfte, Fitnessstudio, ...).
Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß.
Beide Standorte der DHBW sind zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.
Freundliche, gesellige WG. Wir sind alle drei sehr ordentlich und wünschen uns das auch von dem Zwischenmieter des WG-Zimmers.
